Field preparation work in part of the lot where the CIFA (Cayman Islands Football Association) has been expected to build facilities since 2009. This project started about one month ago. The former President of the CIFA, Jeffrey Webb, was arrested in Zurich for alleged corruption. Webb was President of CIFA and CONCACAF and is Vice PResident of FIFA.
