Chickens walk around a lot where workers started filling in part of the lot where the CIFA (Cayman Islands Football Association) has been expected to build facilities since 2009. This project started about one month ago. The former President of the CIFA, Jeffrey Webb, was arrested in Zurich for alleged corruption.
